<p>Você pode decidir se o TreeSize deve seguir links simbólicos e pontos de montagem (consulte <a class="reference internal" href="notesonntfs.html#notesonntfs"><span class="std std-ref">Notas sobre NTFS</span></a> para obter informações adicionais) que apontam para outras unidades ou pastas em outras unidades.</p>
<p>Os links que apontam para dentro do diretório digitalizado nunca serão seguidos para evitar que referências circulares e pastas sejam contadas duas vezes.</p>

<h3>Ignorar arquivos off-line<a class="headerlink" href="#skip-offline-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Certos tipos de pesquisa, como a pesquisa de duplicatas por meio da soma de verificação MD5 ou a pesquisa personalizada de conteúdo de arquivo, acessam o conteúdo de um arquivo.</p>
<p>Isso acionaria o download de arquivos off-line, o que não é pretendido na maioria dos casos. Ative essa opção para evitar isso.</p>

<p>A pesquisa de arquivos foi projetada para identificar arquivos obsoletos ou muito grandes, a fim de limpar o sistema.</p>
<p>Alguns arquivos, como os arquivos de sistema, no entanto, não devem ser excluídos porque são necessários para o sistema operacional ou outro software.</p>
<p>Os arquivos conhecidos por serem importantes para um sistema podem ser adicionados à lista de exclusão aqui e não serão mais exibidos nos resultados.</p>

<h3>Aplicar filtro de pesquisa global a<a class="headerlink" href="#apply-global-search-filter-to" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Selecione quais de suas pesquisas devem usar o filtro de exclusão. Você pode selecionar para cada uma de suas pesquisas individualmente se ela deve ou não usar os filtros.</p>

<h4>Excluir os seguintes arquivos<a class="headerlink" href="#exclude-the-following-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Essa opção permite que você defina filtros de exclusão que serão usados na pesquisa de arquivos. Cada arquivo/pasta será comparado com os filtros e não será listado na lista de resultados, se corresponder. Isso pode ser usado, por exemplo, para evitar que os arquivos de sistema apareçam na lista de resultados. Também pode ser usado para ocultar determinados elementos que não são relevantes para sua pesquisa.</p>

<p>Esses filtros serão aplicados somente às pesquisas marcadas acima. Você também pode ativar e desativar os filtros ativando a opção correspondente (“Use exclude filter”) no menu da faixa de opções.</p>

<h4>Como definir um filtro de exclusão<a class="headerlink" href="#how-to-define-an-exclude-filter" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Para definir um novo filtro, siga estas etapas:</p>

<li><p>Clique no botão “+”. Será criada uma entrada na lista de filtros para o novo filtro.</p></li>
<li><dl class="simple">
<dt>Defina o filtro:</dt><dd><ul class="simple">
<li><p>O tipo mais comum de filtro é um simples filtro “Full Path”. Selecione “Full Path” na primeira caixa de seleção e “starts with” na segunda. Digite um caminho como “C:\Program Files” para filtrar todos os arquivos e pastas dentro desse caminho.</p></li>
<li><p>Para excluir um grupo de arquivos, como “Arquivos de sistema”, selecione “Tipo de arquivo” na primeira caixa de seleção e procure o grupo correspondente na terceira.</p></li>
<li><p>Você também pode usar padrões curinga, como <code class="docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">*.exe</span></code>, ou padrões de expressão regular, como <code class="docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">.+\.exe$</span></code>. Certifique-se de selecionar “corresponde ao padrão” / “corresponde à expressão regular” no segundo seletor da definição do filtro.</p></li>

<p>Ative essa opção para incluir um breve resumo da pesquisa na exportação. Esse resumo contém o(s) caminho(s) que foi(ram) processado(s), a data/hora da pesquisa e o número e o tamanho dos arquivos e pastas que foram encontrados.</p>

<h4>Adicionar cabeçalhos de coluna<a class="headerlink" href="#add-column-headers" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Se essa opção for definida, o TreeSize incluirá uma linha que exibirá os nomes das colunas, além dos resultados reais da pesquisa.</p>

<p>Se essa opção estiver ativada, unidades como “KB”, “MB” ou “%” serão incluídas nos dados exportados. Desmarque essa opção se quiser exportar valores simples.</p>

<p>Relatório expansível/colapsável</p>
<p>Será criado um relatório dinâmico do Excel no qual os itens com subitens, como grupos duplicados, podem ser expandidos/colapsados como na lista de resultados.</p>

<p>Incluir grupos duplicados</p>
<p>Essa opção permite a exportação dos resultados da pesquisa duplicada por meio de “Arquivo > Lista de caminhos > Exportar lista de caminhos”. Se essa opção for ativada, o TreeSize incluirá a estrutura de grupo da busca de duplicatas ao gerar uma lista de arquivos. Isso permite a importação de uma busca de duplicatas realizada anteriormente, sem a necessidade de realizar a busca novamente.</p>

<p>O TreeSize usará o servidor SMTP especificado para enviar relatórios por e-mail. Certifique-se de testar as configurações de conexão antes de aplicar as opções atuais.</p>

<p>Você precisará inserir configurações de SMTP válidas para usar os relatórios de e-mail em tarefas agendadas de verificação ou pesquisa ou em todos os outros tipos de inicializações automatizadas (por exemplo, programas em lote ou chamadas de linha de comando) (somente Professional Edition).</p>

<p><strong>De</strong></p>
<p>O endereço de e-mail que será mostrado como o remetente do relatório.</p>
<p><strong>Servidor</strong></p>
<p>O nome (DNS) ou endereço IP do computador que hospeda o serviço SMTP por meio do qual as mensagens devem ser enviadas.</p>
<p><strong>Porto</strong></p>
<p>A porta na qual o serviço SMTP especificado no campo “Servidor” está escutando conexões.</p>
<p><strong>Usar conexão segura (SSL)</strong></p>
<p>Indica que o Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) deve ser usado ao enviar mensagens via SMTP.</p>
<p><strong>Este servidor requer autenticação</strong></p>
<p>Selecione essa opção se o serviço SMTP especificado pelo campo Servidor exigir autenticação. As senhas serão criptografadas antes de serem armazenadas no arquivo de configurações do TreeSize.</p>
<p><strong>Conexão de teste</strong></p>
<p>Teste as configurações de conexão SMTP. Isso enviará um e-mail de teste para o endereço de e-mail especificado no campo “To”.</p>

<p>Os resultados serão adicionados ao corpo do e-mail. OBSERVAÇÃO: No caso de relatórios muito grandes, isso pode resultar em e-mails muito grandes, que podem levar muito tempo para serem abertos nos clientes de e-mail ou até mesmo exceder os limites do servidor de e-mail.</p>
