<h3>기존 파일 덮어쓰기<a class="headerlink" href="#overwrite-existing-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>이 옵션(&O)이 활성화되어 있으면 내보내기 중에 이미 존재하는 파일을 덮어씁니다. 즉, 동일한 파일 이름을 가진 이전 보고서는 최신 보고서로 대체됩니다.</p>

<h3>기존 파일에 추가하기<a class="headerlink" href="#append-to-existing-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>기존 파일에 추가하려면 이 옵션(&O)을 활성화합니다. 이렇게 하면 이전 내보내기 정보를 그대로 유지하면서 보고서에 새 내용을 추가할 수 있습니다.</p>
<p>파일 이름에 날짜 및 시간 추가 각 보고서에 고유한 파일 이름을 지정하려면 이 옵션을 사용하여 내보내는 모든 파일 이름에 현재 날짜와 시간을 추가할 수 있습니다.</p>

<p>선택한 Excel 파일에서 시트 이름이 고유하지 않고 ‘기존 파일에 추가’를 체크 표시한 경우, 새 내보내기가 기존 시트에 추가됩니다. “기존 파일에 추가”를 선택 취소하면 시트 이름에 접미사가 추가되어 고유하게 만들어집니다.</p>

<p>보고서의 첫 페이지만 인쇄하려면 ‘첫 페이지만’을 선택하고 모든 페이지를 인쇄하려면 ‘모든 페이지’를 선택합니다.</p>
