<p>Můžete se rozhodnout, zda by TreeSize měl sledovat symbolické odkazy a připojovací body (viz <a class="reference internal" href="notesonntfs.html#notesonntfs"><span class="std std-ref">Poznámky k NTFS</span></a> pro další informace), které odkazují na jiné disky nebo složky na jiných discích.</p>
<p>Odkazy, které směřují uvnitř skenované složky, nebudou nikdy sledovány, aby se zabránilo cyklickým odkazům a dvojímu počítání složek.</p>

<h3>Přeskočit offline soubory<a class="headerlink" href="#skip-offline-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Určité typy vyhledávání, jako je vyhledávání duplicit pomocí MD5 kontrolního součtu nebo vlastní vyhledávání podle obsahu souboru, přistupují k obsahu souboru.</p>
<p>To by spustilo stažení offline souborů, což není v většině případů zamýšleno. Aktivujte tuto možnost, abyste tomu zabránili.</p>

<h2>Vyloučit filtr<a class="headerlink" href="#exclude-filter" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h2>

<p>Vyhledávání souborů bylo navrženo k identifikaci zastaralých nebo velmi velkých souborů za účelem vyčištění systému.</p>
<p>Určité soubory, jako jsou systémové soubory, by však neměly být odstraněny, protože je potřebuje operační systém nebo jiný software.</p>
<p>Soubory, o kterých je známo, že jsou pro systém důležité, mohou být přidány na seznam vyloučených a poté se již nebudou zobrazovat ve výsledcích.</p>

<h3>Použít globální vyhledávací filtr na<a class="headerlink" href="#apply-global-search-filter-to" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Vyberte, které z vašich vyhledávání by měly používat vylučovací filtr. Můžete pro každé z vašich vyhledávání jednotlivě zvolit, zda by mělo používat filtry, nebo ne.</p>

<h4>Vyloučit následující soubory<a class="headerlink" href="#exclude-the-following-files" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Tato možnost vám umožňuje definovat vylučovací filtry, které budou použity při vyhledávání souborů. Každý soubor/složka bude porovnán s filtry a nebude uveden v seznamu výsledků, pokud se shoduje. To lze použít například k tomu, aby se systémové soubory nezobrazovaly v seznamu výsledků. Může to být také použito k skrytí určitých prvků, které nejsou relevantní pro vaše vyhledávání.</p>

<p>Tyto filtry budou aplikovány pouze na vyhledávání, která jsou zaškrtnuta výše. Filtry můžete také povolit a zakázat aktivací odpovídající možnosti („Použít vylučovací filtr“) v nabídce Ribbon.</p>

<h4>Jak definovat vylučovací filtr<a class="headerlink" href="#how-to-define-an-exclude-filter" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Chcete-li definovat nový filtr, postupujte podle těchto kroků:</p>

<li><p>Klikněte na tlačítko „+“. Pro nový filtr bude vytvořen záznam v seznamu filtrů.</p></li>
<li><dl class="simple">
<dt>Definujte filtr:</dt><dd><ul class="simple">
<li><p>Nejběžnějším typem filtru je jednoduchý filtr „Úplná cesta“. Vyberte „Úplná cesta“ v prvním výběrovém poli a „začíná na“ ve druhém. Zadejte cestu, jako je „C:Program Files“, abyste filtrovali všechny soubory a složky v této cestě.</p></li>
<li><p>Chcete-li vyloučit skupiny souborů, jako jsou „Systémové soubory“, vyberte „Typ souboru“ v prvním výběrovém poli a hledejte odpovídající skupinu ve třetím.</p></li>
<li><p>Můžete také použít zástupné vzory, jako je <code class="docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">*.exe</span></code>, nebo vzory regulárních výrazů, jako je <code class="docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">.+\.exe$</span></code>. Ujistěte se, že v druhém výběrovém poli definice filtru vyberete „shoduje se s vzorem“ / „shoduje se s regulárním výrazem“.</p></li>

<p>Aktivujte tuto možnost, aby byl do exportu zahrnut krátký souhrn vyhledávání. Tento souhrn obsahuje zpracované cesty, datum/čas vyhledávání a počet a velikost nalezených souborů a složek.</p>

<h4>Přidat záhlaví sloupců<a class="headerlink" href="#add-column-headers" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Pokud je tato možnost nastavena, TreeSize zahrne řádek, který zobrazuje názvy sloupců, kromě skutečných výsledků vyhledávání.</p>

<h4>Zahrnout jednotky do exportu<a class="headerlink" href="#include-units-in-export" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h4>
<p>Pokud je tato možnost aktivována, jednotky jako „KB“, „MB“ nebo „%“ budou zahrnuty do exportovaných dat. Zrušte zaškrtnutí této možnosti, pokud chcete exportovat pouze hodnoty.</p>

<p>Rozšiřitelná/sbalitelná zpráva</p>
<p>Bude vytvořena dynamická Excel zpráva, ve které lze položky se subpoložkami, jako jsou skupiny duplicit, rozšiřovat/sbalovat stejně jako v seznamu výsledků.</p>

<h3>Exportovat seznam cest<a class="headerlink" href="#export-path-list" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Zahrnout skupiny duplicit</p>
<p>Tato možnost umožňuje exportovat výsledky vyhledávání duplicit prostřednictvím „Soubor > Seznam cest > Exportovat seznam cest“. Pokud je tato možnost povolena, TreeSize zahrne strukturu skupin vyhledávání duplicit při generování seznamu souborů. To umožňuje importovat dříve provedené vyhledávání duplicit, aniž by bylo nutné vyhledávání provádět znovu.</p>

<p>Budete muset zadat platná SMTP nastavení, abyste mohli využívat e-mailové zprávy v naplánovaných skenech nebo vyhledávacích úlohách nebo ve všech ostatních typech automatických spuštění (např. dávkové programy nebo příkazy příkazového řádku) (pouze Professional Edition).</p>

<p><strong>Od</strong></p>
<p>E-mailová adresa, která bude zobrazena jako odesílatel zprávy.</p>
<p><strong>Server</strong></p>
<p>Název (DNS) nebo IP adresa stroje, který hostí SMTP službu, přes kterou mají být zprávy odesílány.</p>
<p><strong>Port</strong></p>
<p>Port, na kterém SMTP služba uvedená v poli „Server“ naslouchá na připojení.</p>
<p><strong>Použít zabezpečené (SSL) připojení</strong></p>
<p>Naznačuje, že by měla být použita Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) při odesílání zpráv prostřednictvím SMTP.</p>
<p><strong>Tento server vyžaduje ověření</strong></p>
<p>Vyberte tuto možnost, pokud SMTP služba uvedená v poli Server vyžaduje ověření. Hesla budou před uložením do souboru nastavení TreeSize zašifrována.</p>
<p><strong>Otestovat připojení</strong></p>
<p>Otestujte nastavení připojení SMTP. To odešle testovací e-mail na e-mailovou adresu uvedenou v poli „Komu“.</p>
