<span id="deduplication"></span><h1>Jak funguje deduplikační proces?<a class="headerlink" href="#how-does-the-deduplication-work" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h1>
<p>Proces odstraňování redundantních souborů a jejich nahrazování NTFS hardlinky pomocí TreeSize se nazývá <strong>deduplikační proces</strong>. To sníží diskový prostor, který je blokován vašimi duplicitními soubory.</p>
<p>Místo toho, aby každý z těchto souborů zabíral individuální prostor na vašem pevném disku, TreeSize odstraní všechny duplicitní soubory a ponechá pouze jeden z nich.</p>
<p>Soubory, které byly odstraněny, budou nahrazeny hardlinky, které budou ukazovat na zbývající data (viz: <a class="reference internal" href="notesonntfs.html#notesonntfs"><span class="std std-ref">Poznámky k NTFS</span></a>).</p>
<p>Data jsou nyní sdílena všemi hardlinky pro tento soubor, jak je znázorněno na obrázku níže.</p>

<p>Tyto hardlinky mohou být používány jako jakýkoli normální soubor. Nebudete si všímat žádného rozdílu, kromě toho, že data jsou nyní sdílena mezi ostatními odkazy. Ve skutečnosti se neliší od jakéhokoli normálního souboru, kromě toho, že nezabírají vlastní prostor.</p>

<h2>Které z duplicitních souborů budou nahrazeny?<a class="headerlink" href="#which-of-the-duplicate-files-will-be-replaced" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h2>
<p>Pokud zaškrtnete všechny soubory v duplicitní skupině, TreeSize vybere soubor s nejnovějším datem „Poslední úpravy“ a použije ho jako „hlavní“ pro tuto skupinu. Všechny ostatní soubory budou odstraněny a nahrazeny hardlinky, které ukazují na hlavní soubor.</p>
<p>Pokud chcete ručně vybrat hlavní soubor, můžete nechat jeden z souborů v duplicitní skupině nezaškrtnutý. Tento soubor nebude nahrazen, ale bude použit jako hlavní místo toho.</p>
