<p>Ponuka aplikácií (alebo ponuka „File“) umožňuje vybrať Adresáre na skenovanie, načítanie, ukladanie, export alebo porovnávanie zozbieraných údajov. Poskytuje tiež prístup k nastaveniam aplikácie a umožňuje ukončiť program TreeSize.</p>

<p>Zobrazí dialógové okno, ktoré vám umožní vybrať cieľ na skenovanie. Po potvrdení výberu začne program TreeSize skenovať vybranú cestu. Cestu môžete zadať aj priamo do výberového poľa jednotky na paneli nástrojov.</p>

<h3>Načítanie skenovania z indexového súboru<a class="headerlink" href="#load-scan-from-index-file" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Načítanie uloženého skenovania TreeSize z indexového súboru. Takto si môžete zobraziť predchádzajúce výsledky bez toho, aby ste museli znova vykonať celé skenovanie.</p>

<h3>Uloženie skenovania do indexu<a class="headerlink" href="#save-scan-to-index" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Uloženie aktuálneho skenovania do indexového súboru. Tento súbor môžete znovu načítať v programe TreeSize alebo ho môžete použiť na neskoršie porovnanie. Upozorňujeme, že informácie o jednotlivých súboroch sa do XML neukladajú, pretože by sa tým príliš zväčšila veľkosť súborov XML. V súbore sú zahrnuté len informácie o Adresároch. Ak potrebujete reporty na úrovni súborov, použite formát SQLite alebo vám môže byť užitočný náš softvér SpaceObServer.</p>

<h3>Importovanie ciest skenovania zo súboru<a class="headerlink" href="#import-scan-paths-from-file" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Umožňuje importovať zoznam ciest zo súboru a automaticky začne skenovať importované cesty. File obsahujúci cesty, ktoré sa majú skenovať, by mal byť vo formáte .txt alebo .csv.</p>

<h3>Porovnanie aktuálneho skenovania<a class="headerlink" href="#compare-current-scan" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Porovnanie aktuálneho skenovania s predtým uloženým skenovaním (indexový súbor) alebo snímkou (podporované len pre miestne disky NTFS). Po porovnaní sa Adresáre, ktorých veľkosť sa nezmenila, zobrazia s veľkosťou 0, zatiaľ čo Adresáre, ktoré narástli, budú mať hodnoty väčšie ako 0 a zobrazia sa červenou farbou. Adresáre, ktoré sa zmenšili v porovnaní s načítaným reportom, budú mať záporné hodnoty a zobrazia sa zelenou farbou.</p>

<h2>Podponuka Export<a class="headerlink" href="#export-submenu" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h2>
<p>Položky ponuky v podponuke Export umožňujú exportovať zhromaždené údaje o skenovaní niekoľkými rôznymi spôsobmi. Druh údajov (stĺpce), ktoré sa budú exportovať, ako aj ďalšie možnosti exportu môžete prispôsobiť pomocou dialógového okna možností programu TreeSize.</p>
<p>Môžete si tiež vybrať, či sa budú exportovať len tie adresáre, ktoré sú v súčasnosti viditeľné (rozbalené) v adresárovom strome, alebo všetky adresáre. Na rozbalenie a zbalenie alebo rozšírenie priečinkov na určitú úroveň použite tlačidlo Rozbaliť na karte Domov alebo Skenovanie (alebo v kontextovej ponuke Strom adresárov).</p>

<p>Exportovať strom adresárov do textového súboru oddeleného tabuľkami. Ak chcete nakonfigurovať správanie pre textové exporty, prejdite na položku Voľby -> Text.</p>

<p>Exportovať strom adresárov do súboru CSV (hodnoty oddelené čiarkami). Ak chcete nakonfigurovať správanie pre export CSV, prejdite na položku Možnosti -> CSV.</p>

<h3>Súbor programu Excel<a class="headerlink" href="#excel-file" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Exportovať strom adresárov do súboru Microsoft Excel. Podporované formáty sú bežný formát súboru .XLSX (zavedený v programe Excel 2007), ako aj predtým používaný formát .XLS (Excel 97-2003). Cesty sa exportujú ako klikateľné hypertextové odkazy. To umožňuje rýchly prechod na príslušnú cestu v Prieskumníkovi systému Windows. Ak chcete nakonfigurovať správanie exportu programu Excel a grafy, ktoré majú byť zahrnuté, prejdite na položku Možnosti -> Excel.</p>

<h3>Súbor HTML<a class="headerlink" href="#html-file" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Umožňuje uložiť report ako súbor HTML, ktorý možno neskôr zobraziť v ľubovoľnom prehliadači HTML. Súbory HTML sa čítajú ľahšie ako textové súbory a nevyžadujú špeciálnu aplikáciu, ako je MS Excel. Súbor HTML bude kódovaný v UTF8, a teda bude obsahovať znaky Unicode. Ak chcete nakonfigurovať správanie pre export HTML a grafy, ktoré majú byť zahrnuté, prejdite na položku Voľby -> HTML. Tam môžete definovať aj vlastný súbor štýlov CSS, ktorý sa použije pre export HTML.</p>

<p>Umožňuje uložiť report ako súbor PDF, ktorý si môžete neskôr zobraziť v ľubovoľnom prehliadači PDF. Súbory PDF sa čítajú ľahšie ako textové súbory a vyžadujú len bezplatný prehliadač PDF, ktorý je súčasťou systému Windows 8 a novších. Ak chcete nakonfigurovať správanie pri exporte do formátu PDF a grafy, ktoré majú byť zahrnuté, prejdite do časti Možnosti -> PDF.</p>

<p>Skopírujte zoznam všetkých súborov v aktuálnom adresári (a jeho podadresároch) do schránky. Tento zoznam môžete vložiť do obľúbenej tabuľky alebo textového procesora. Nastavenia pre Export textu v dialógovom okne Možnosti určujú, ktoré stĺpce budú zahrnuté do zoznamu.</p>

<p>Umožňuje nastaviť názov, ktorý bude súčasťou záhlavia exportu alebo tlače. Predvolený názov obsahuje cestu k skenovanému adresáru a názov zväzku jednotky, v ktorej sa adresár nachádza. Použitie premenných prostredia je povolené.</p>

<p>Systém TreeSize ponúka širokú škálu flexibilných tlačových funkcií. Môžete napríklad vytlačiť obsah stromu adresárov, obsah vybraného adresára alebo ľubovoľný dostupný graf (Zobraziť graf, zobrazenie histórie atď.).</p>
