<p>Dette kapitel forklarer, hvordan du kan opsætte en søgning, der automatisk flytter alle filer og mapper, der blev fundet, til en anden placering.</p>
<p>Dette gælder også, hvis du ønsker at slette, arkivere eller kopiere søgeresultaterne ved hjælp af en automatiseret opgave eller batchfil.</p>

<p>De samme trin er nødvendige, hvis du ønsker at oprette en opgave, der automatisk flytter søgeresultaterne. Sørg for, at den søgekonfiguration, du ønsker at planlægge, kun returnerer filer, som du faktisk ønsker at flytte, slette, kopiere eller zippe.</p>

<p>Planlægningsdialogen tillader den samme konfiguration for filoperationer, som kan foretages via den normale brugergrænseflade. Alle de indstillinger, der henvises til i kapitlet »Filoperationer«, gælder også her.</p>
<p>Du skal blot vælge den ønskede filoperation og de tilhørende indstillinger.</p>

<p>Det anbefales på det kraftigste at bruge indstillingen »Log performed operations to« for at oprette en logfil, der dokumenterer, hvilke filer der blev påvirket.</p>
